Hi there, we're Hasti and Parshan — two passionate individuals driven by a common goal.
As a student nurse working closely with patients, I identified a knowledge gap in managing medications during the transition from inpatient to outpatient care. Patients often faced challenges with medication instructions due to limited resources or overwhelming medical jargon. This led to adverse health outcomes due to unclear adherence. Witnessing these challenges firsthand motivated me to create a resource that bridges this gap and empowers patients to better understand and manage their medications.
As a student majoring in physiology, the inspiration for this website occurred when I witnessed my own family members struggling to comprehend their medication instructions. Watching them navigate through confusion and uncertainty motivated me to simplify medication instructions, promoting self-management of prescribed medications.
